MICS 2020

April 3rd -4th

The Midwest Instruction and Computing Symposium (MICS) is a regional conference dedicated to providing an educational experience to higher education participants across Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. The conference focuses on integrating computer-based technology into teaching and learning processes of all disciplines, along with incorporating the study of this technology into the curriculum. Conference activities include technical paper sessions, programming and robotics contests, keynote speaker, and a career fair for student participants.

*****It is the joint decision of the Midwest Instruction and Computing Symposium, and host sponsors Milwaukee School of Engineering and Northwestern Mutual, that the onsite conference experience for 2020 is cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.  The organizing committee will be processing registration/sponsorship refunds in the coming weeks, at this time, it is recommended that you cancel your travel/hotel accommodations.

MICS 2020 Moving Online

******However, in lieu of cancelling the symposium altogether, we are investigating ways to interact digitally.  We’ll share more information and details as they become available in the coming days.  These will be offered complimentary, in hopes of getting the most out of this years’ content.
