Student-centered activities include student-based paper sessions, the Programming Contest, Robotics Contest, and Career Fair.

Student-based paper sessions consist of student presentations of papers that have a student as the primary author. Awards will be given for the best undergraduate and graduate student papers. Instructions for preparing and submitting papers are available on the Submissions page.

The Programming Contest, held Friday, April 10th from 8-11 PM, enables 3-person programming teams to compete against one another in solving a series of challenging programming problems. Team may use either Java, C/C++, or Python to create their solutions. Complete contest rules and registration information are available on the Programming Contest page.

The Robotics Contest, held Friday, April 10th from 4:30 - 5:30 PM, will allow student teams to build and program robots to compete one-on-one against each other. Complete contest rules and registration information is available on the Robotics Contest page.

The Career Fair gives students the opportunity to interact with potential employers from throughout the region.
